You may only use our site Resort if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding contracts (our site is not available for Quest use by - minors). You are responsible for Big maintaining the secrecy Bear and Resort of your passwords, login and account information. You will be financially accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone Resort and Quest using your password and login information. You may only use our site to make legitimate reservations - or Big purchases. Bear You may not use our site: to make Resort any false, fraudulent or speculative reservation or any reservation Resort in anticipation Quest of demand; to post or transmit - any unlawful, threatening, Big libelous, defamatory, Bear obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute Resort or encourage conduct that Resort would be considered a criminal Quest offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; or - for any other purpose that is unlawful or Big prohibited by these Terms.

Our agreements not only contain Bear and Resort no provision Resort and Quest barring any airline from making - any fare available through any channel, they contain Big an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit that no airline is prevented from making any fare it chooses Bear available through any channel it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination Resort clause by which those airlines Resort that will receive Quest the indirect discount - and Big on the CRS booking fee agree in return to make available on any fare they publish and make available to the general Bear public through any other channel. But that of course does not Resort preclude them from offering any fare through any other channel.
